been very busy this week. it’s nice. i feel like i’m being useful. i’ve been writing automated smoke tests to be run after deployments to make sure the code still works. nothing glamorous but it’s more interesting than writing test plans and carrying them out manually.
tomorrow i’ll be heading to my alma mater for an admissions event. i have to put on a tie and go to tacoma to mingle with prospective students. my job will be to show them that if they go to UPS they’ll grow up to be successful and dress well.
