long story short. the guy is a creationist and now the chairman of the Texas State Board of Education. check out his site and see the absurdity. the guy is very outspoken against evolution and is a proponent of abstinence only education.
the real point of this was brian’s idea, and slogan in the title.
I’m going to try to start a ballot initiative. It’ll set aside funds to subsidize the cost of moving to washington state, plus help with job placement for any rational thinkers who wish to leave the south. Washington can siphon off the intelligent people and from the south, helping to raise the profile of our state and help attract high-tech industries to the region.
