today’s words of wisdom come from rocker Ted Nugent: “You can’t grill it till you kill it, and anyone who disagrees can eat shit and die.” Ted Nugent is an oddball. so for my ART101 master copy i’m doing an abstract piece by Carl Holty. its called “Gridiron” and you can see it at the online exhibit on Modernism and Abstraction at The Smithsonian. i also convinced my prof to let me use Patrick Nagel for my final book project. thats going to be sweet. i’ll post pictures when i’m done, providing i can find somewhere cheap (see: free) to host them.
